1 Week in Get Snatched Challenge!

Last year, I restarted my fitness journey but couldn't focus on it completely due to exams and uncertainties. This year, right from the beginning, I was motivated to create the change by staying focused and consistent long enough to overcome the plateau phase. And 3 weeks back, I cotinued my pending shred and tone challenge and completed in 2 weeks. I couldn't see any much results though and I didn't expect. But somewhere inside I felt like "if my goal is to lose weight, I should do weightloss and shred challenges that includes cardio." Because in 2021, I lost 10 kgs and Chloe's such programs helped me with that. Sadly, I didn't logged in the website that time due to which I lost the track of completion of many programs. So, I started doing get snatched challenge with a timed team. And it's just a week. I measured my weight before the program but in the evening- it was 76 kgs. And yesterday morning, I measured, it was 74 kgs. I don't know if it's reliable. But I can see tiny changes in the pictures already. Can you see any difference? Currently, I’m focusing on cutting added sugar (except from 1-2 times one spoon sugar per week), having no refined flour, no deep fried junks (only one cheat meal per week), and a bit portion control to prevent overeating. I'm also focusing on taking enough protein each day. Although my diet can't be perfect as I'm living in a hostel and eating from the mess, still I'm trying my best. And I'm an Indian vegetarian (no eggs). Let's see what happens at the end of this program! (edited by moderator)
