12th day of the middle of my journey. I think I have done great work during these days — didn't miss any day, yahoo! I hope everybody around me has done the same. I know it is so difficult. Before I start my daily workout, I feel lazy and don't want to do it, but I push myself, and after I finish, I feel totally happy. I know it's a long-term journey for me because I have a lot of problems with my mental health regarding my body and extra weight, but I think I can get rid of it!
