Beginnings
Today I felt really really really slow.. because just before my workouts, I got my periods... And I was doing something and I was late for my workouts.. I could've quit easily. I had two super solid reasons. But. It's the team that made me stick. I felt like if I won't do it today ... It will be two more rest days piled up as I don't feel any good on my 2nd day of periods. So.. when I'd start again. It would look like a mountain. Plus.. my teammates may run far from me and I may fall behind. Besides, two of my super cool teammates had already achieved the 25% milestones and I wanted to fit that awesomeness after reaching a team milestone and hitting the deadline long before the date. So. Anyhow I made my mind.. prepared my body for the workout.. did my pre-workout rituals and stayed gentle and kind and slow with my body.. took multiple rests in between and finished all the videos. Yessss. I did it and now feeling awesome about it. Another achievement for the day is 500 points. I absolutely love this app. And I love you Chloe.. You are doing an awesome job. Thank you so much. Thank you for teaching me love myself little bit more everyday ❤️
