2 weeks shred 2019 halfway journey

Halfway Through My 2-Week Shred Journey đź’Ş

My main goal throughout this challenge has been to build consistency — fat loss and getting a flat tummy are side goals, but showing up every day is my top priority.

I did have one skip day, but I’m still on track and fully committed to completing this challenge for real.

Changes I’ve Noticed (Past 7 Days):

I definitely feel more mobile, lighter, and more active overall.

My weight dropped from 52 kg to 51 kg — it still fluctuates, but I haven’t seen 52 kg on the scale since Day 2 or 3.

Overall, I’m proud of my progress and even more proud of my consistency. Let’s keep going! 🔥
