I have started this challenge again after a long long time...more like after 3 years. And guess what I threw up🤢. It was all water though as I did it in the morning with an empty stomach. I couldn't get the form and intensity right but yeah it's fine as I'll get better with time✌️. Still did a good job that I completed all the workouts for Day 1. Yayyy!!!😄👏
