Beginnings
So today is officially day 2 of the 2024 weight loss challenge that I'm doing and I feel good, I feel strong, I feel confident and I have a list of programs I'm going to do after I finish the program that I'm currently doing and ofc when i'm done with the program I am going to take 1 day off then next day the next program. anyways this is the ideal body that I want to achieve and mind you THIS PICTURE ISN'T ME! so any tips would be great and I know that people get results after doing chole's programs which is awesome for them but does chole's workouts actually make you lose fat and weight overall? as I heard from a comment?
