Yall I just finished my very first workout for 2026. I'm so excited! I feel like I've achieved one of my goals for 2026. Better late than never😁

So many times I wanted to give up but I keep pushing myself forward because it's so worth it at the end. The amount of energy I would get after every workout was so good that I just wanted to keep going. 

Next challenge, I'm so ready for it. 
Oh and I lost 2kgs🤭 From 100kgs to 98, I haven't done a recent weight check in cause I don't want to obsess over what I weigh but rather on the progress I'm making and seeing.
