This is the first program I have finished 🫶🏽 and the app helped me a lot keeping me motivated. I didn’t lose any weight because I’m eating the same (or more? ) 🤭 but my abbs  and my shoulders are more toned and it’s noticeable.
At the start I could only do 2 plank hip dips, but in my last workout I managed 12 🏋️ yaaay
 ah! I did the low impact version
