Mid Year Journey
Hey everyone, I started my weight loss journey in January and I’ve just reached 3 stone loss! I’m feeling amazing, strong, fit and I go do so much more. I have a long way to go, my minimum goal is 4 stone but my main aim is at least 6 stone. This is the furthest I’ve ever come with weight loss and I’m finally doing it a healthy way. Eating a varied diet and not restricting myself other than with calories and I’m exercising 5 days a week. My motivation was to get healthy and eventually try for a baby and I want to be as healthy as possible. I’ve lost many inches and I can really feel and see the muscle growth as I lose more fat. I just wanted to share my joy and I look forward to the next post with my next milestone!
