A little more advice from my experience

Again, if I may.

If you're first starting out, start with the low-impact exercises. You'll likely feel less sore the next day. If there isn't a low impact version, I always like to do standing crunches. There's no shame in doing the low-impact.

If you do feel super sore the next day, it's okay to take that day to recover. Like Chloe says in her videos, don't over do it. Don't hurt yourself. I like to do some yoga stretches to help ease that tension, even if I did the warm-up and cool-down the previous day.

You don't have to make all your meals healthy. I mean, it's good to make healthy meals, but you are allowed to have something greasy and full of not-so-good-for-you things. Moderation is key. For example, I LOVE fried chicken, and I literally used to make some every other day. But since starting this, I've dialed it down to once or twice a month. Mainly if I'm on my period, and I want that comfort food.

Speaking of periods, if your workout falls on one of those days, and you're not feeling up for it, you're allowed to take another rest day. You're allowed to take it easy.

Like I said in my previous post, keep going. Don't give up. You got this
