I finally hit the 90-day workout streak!💪
What makes this one extra special is that I’ve been learning to work with my period instead of against it adjusting my workouts to match how my body feels, taking it easier when I need to, and pushing when I can.

That little change has helped me stay consistent without burning myself out. And somehow, one day at a time, I made it to 90 days. ✨

Not every workout was perfect. Not every day felt easy. But I kept showing up.
