I started using the Core app in 2023 because I always dreamed of having a healthy and strong body. I’ve always believed that taking care of your body is a form of self-discipline and devotion. Deep in my heart, I always had an ideal version of myself that I wanted to become, but somehow, I was never able to achieve it. In fact, things only got worse with time.
But this time, I want to prove myself wrong in my own eyes. I want to prioritize myself above everything else. I want to learn to love myself before I pour all my love into others. And this time, I won’t stop until I achieve my goal.
What’s even more important than achieving the goal is having the discipline to maintain it afterward — that is the real tapasya.
To all the girls out there, please don’t make the same mistakes I made. And to everyone who is a part of this community — let’s motivate each other, love ourselves, support one another, and grow together.
