Am I on the right path?

I have tried multiple times to get healthy before. But those never stayed longer than 4 days or so. I ended up giving up each time because I felt too sore or got dizzy or frustrated because I couldn't do a particular exercise.

This year I am not sure what changed me. But something did change. This August I got such severe stomach pain because of how bad my gut health is. It lasted for almost a month. Ever since that I completely changed my eating habits. I started avoiding any fried food, junk food of any kind, avoiding anything which gave me acidity. It's just that I have a weak gut so yeah...I only eat veggies made freshly at home. Fruits. Nuts etc. I also started taking some whey protein along with which I started doing simple exercises like wall push ups, bridges, squats and all.
After 2 weeks I saw my stomach stopped feeling bloated.

I gained weight because of pcod and well...I didnt like how breathless I got every time I went up the stairs.

It's my 3rd or 4th day of doing the summer shred 2026. It's a start but I have already developed a habit of sticking to the exercise no matter how sore my muscles feel. I push through and I feel happy everytime I complete each exercise.

I am not sure if how I am trying to improve is the best way but I am trying what I can. It's been a month n more since I started changing my way of life. I cant do jumps because of my spine injury but I hope to be fit someday.

I am sorry for the way I am writing this post. My thoughts are all over the place but I hope you push through and live a healthy life. Take a picture. And look back at it when you have reached that goal. You will definitely feel super proud of the whole journey. Good luck!
