Hey guys! I just wanted to put myself out here.
I found Chole tingâs workouts in 2020 during the pandemic. And stuck with is for a while. I used to be a gymnast, so Iâve always loved moving my body. Long story short. I sustained severe knee injuries that forced me to stop and took over a year to recover. Trying to get back in to slowly moving my body I found her.
Itâs been a few years, and iâve slacked off, since Iâve developed what the Doctors believe is POTS ( postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome )
But I miss moving my body, and being flexible. And just feeling better all around. Iâm the weakest iâve ever been and am supposed to be in my physical prime đ
So this post is the first step to commitment for me.
Iâve been in the contemplation stage for a while. And Iâm willing to try again to make the change. Just need some accountability and encouragement
