Back Again đŸ‘‹đŸŒ

Hey guys! I just wanted to put myself out here.
I found Chole ting’s workouts in 2020 during the pandemic. And stuck with is for a while. I used to be a gymnast, so I’ve always loved moving my body. Long story short. I sustained severe knee injuries that forced me to stop and took over a year to recover. Trying to get back in to slowly moving my body I found her.
It’s been a few years, and i’ve slacked off, since I’ve developed what the Doctors believe is POTS ( postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome )
But I miss moving my body, and being flexible. And just feeling better all around. I’m the weakest i’ve ever been and am supposed to be in my physical prime 😂
So this post is the first step to commitment for me.
I’ve been in the contemplation stage for a while. And I’m willing to try again to make the change. Just need some accountability and encouragement
