Hey ladies and gentlemen! Time to start over again. I lost myself in endometriosis last year but now I’m on medications and back again. 

Sadly I have more weight because of the hormones I had ever before. 91 kg that’s 10 kg more than two years ago, as I discovered Cloe. But I WONT GIVE UP! 

Now planning my meals and prepping for the week I just remembered what this program gave me. And here I am sweatty but happy to finished my first schedule day.

And this will be day one, not one day! I promise myself and you all. I will get this schedule done :) thanks cloe for so soft words and intense motivation!
