Motivation
I'm jumping back into regularly working out after dropping the ball a little less than a year ago. I noticed from this app in the past how inconsistent I can be, but I'm 58% through the 2026 challenge and can see the finish line. I really want to continue, especially focusing on my core and arms and hoping to stick with it.
I already feel healthier. Isn't it so annoying how good you feel once you got in rhythm with it? That isn't my question though, my question is: ❤️what are some tricks people have to maintain that time for yourself needed to work out regularly? ❤️
