Back from Holiday ☀️

Just before I went on holiday I was 52.8kg

I went on a 10 day holiday and for 12 days I didn't track my diet as I was obviously on a break :3

I was mindful of what I ate and still opted for healthier alternatives but I definitely ate more than usual as portion sizes were bigger and more carbs as it was a land of pasta and pizza 🍕 and I really wanted to try local cuisine ha

and local ice cream and bakeries and frappe/iced coffee xD

1. I walked a lot - most days 10k steps.
2. Drank a lot of water
3. Started pilates program and did 7 days over the 10

I have returned and I'm 53.9kg 👀

Which is actually pretty good as I naturally fluctuate a kg depending on my menstrual cycle stage and so on anyway. I can tell my digestive system didn't fully adjust either and it's needing to adjust being home lol

My point is:

I'm back, had a glorious time, and I'm ready to get back into tracking my calories and fitness

💪 This is what consistency looks like 💪

I'm calling this my phase 2 📋

My original goal was to reach 55kg by September 5th ~ when my seasonal affective disorder usually kicks off. I've totally smashed that yeay \o/

Now I'm hoping to gain a little muscle - nothing fancy - I would like to continue feeling strong and if I could get a lovely ab line that would be a dream come true xD

I've adjust my macros towards muscle building while still continuing on a calorie deficit as I still have a bit of fat to lose. I will continue this until my original September date as this would mark 6 months from when I originally started improving my lifestyle because of seasonal affective disorder ^^

I'm like a bear preparing for hibernation. I'm here to beat SADs butt.

On September 5th I'll see where I'm at and look towards my new goals. I would like to transition to weight maintenance soon ^^

This app has, and will continue to change my life and I'm enjoying and looking forward to the future!

Thankyou kindly if you made it to the end xD
