oh my goshhhh this is so tough! I’m Russian and Russian beauty standards  typically consist of being very skinny in terms of physique, similar to most Asian beauty standards. In two weeks, I am flying to China and then to Russia and I really want to lose some weight/tone up so I don’t have to face harsh criticism from my older generation of family (yk how grandparents can be) it’s always “you’ve gained weight” or “you should lose some kg” 😐I weight about 130 lb+- but I’m not toned so I don’t have a defined waist, which is the easiest for my family to point out. I’m starting the 2025 Pilates Core challenge when it drops and am gonna post some before and after photos, let me know if you wanna do it together or if we should make a team🥳🥳
