Day  number 3 of January 2026 challenge! 💕😊
The first two days I didn’t complete the workout fully I would always skip like 5 seconds or only complete half of a video, but this time I completed every second of every video ( including the optional ones ) and was really proud of myself, I am now aching but that’s a good pain, I know it’s working. To all of the 2026 January challenge girlies, Let’s keep going guys, we can do this!! Also comment down what programme you guys are taking part in ❤️💪
