Beginnings
I started my journey very recently as I'm not really desperate too see any actions since I'm doing it for my mental health. But one thing I tried before excercising is daily streching two times which helped me not a sore body. It makes your body accomodate with new shifts then start doing 10-15 minutes working out then start this.. this way you'll have discipline and you'll not give up if you have low motivation. Also don't depend on motivation or mood.
