I was diagnosed with vitamin D deficiency along with inflammation and swelling in my legs two months ago.
Not being able to walk, go to washroom, etc it was a nightmare, I gained the weight that I lost and much more, lost my confidence in me and couldn't do basic exercises as my joints were very weak but today I felt ready to start my journey once again and here I am. I completed the first day of 2024 weight loss challenge!! 
Just needed to let it out here. 
If anyone is in similar situation I just wanna say 
"WE CAN DO IT GUYS, IF I CAN YOU CAN"
