Beginnings
Hi! Just sharing a quick update on my challenge journey. đ
I'm on Day 24 of 2026 summer shred challenge with only 2 days left to go! Throughout the challenge, doing regular workouts helped me feel more energized, and by Week 2, I was able to hold the exercise positions longer and with better form. Focusing on my breathing also helped me engage the right muscles during workouts.
Overall, I feel stronger and fitter. One thing I've learned is that consistency matters more than being perfect. Don't skip rest days, and don't feel bad if you need an extra oneâwhat matters is coming back and taking care of your health. đ
For anyone new and not sure where to start, I'd suggest picking the latest challenge or a beginner-friendly one. They're easier to follow, and you'll learn a lot about your body and what areas you'd like to focus on next.
I'm planning to start 2025 weight loss challenge next. Has anyone here completed it? Would love to hear how it went for you and any tips you might have! đ
