After a year of recovering from leg surgery (...and terrible mental health issues), I'm finally coming back to this app. I've gained weight and feel weak again but I'm progressing. To anyone just starting out for the first time or going back again after a while, we can do it! We don't have to make significant changes in one night but trust me, we WILL get stronger with time. Keep going!
