Beginnings
I started out 2025 with Cloe Ting work outs and an enjoyable calorie deficit. Went from 215-195 front Jan- April. Then I hurt my back on a job and had to go into PT to strengthen it again. I couldn't do any of the workouts I enjoyed from April- September. Then I got a new job that was work from home, Which I loved very much. But I didn't pay attention to the difference in activity from switching a 35 hour job of constant walking, running, and lifting too a 40 hour job of sitting. My diet didn't change since I was comfortable with it, but since I wasn't active, I gained 40+lbs. I'm now 240. I've never weight this much before and I was completely shocked. I'm also pre-diabetic and I've noticed the signs in my last eye exam as my eyesight has worsened. I didn't start needing glasses until I was 20. Now I'm 21 and I have to wear them. I'm taking back charge over my body because it is what I deserve. I deserve to be happy AND Healthy. I'm strong enough to take care of my temple! (edited by moderator)
