Beginnings
I am really proud of myself that I finally completed 2019 2 week Shred Challengeđ. I did low impact no jumping versions only, but still I felt itđ„”.
There were days when I just wanted to stop or skip, when I was running out of time or was feeling too sore, or was just feeling lazy. It took me 16 days though, took 2 extra rest days in between as I wasn't feeling good. I had tried multiple times earlier in last 3 years to get back on track, but used to do it for just 1 or 2 days and then used to stop the challengeđ„Č.
My BMI used to be normal earlier, but in last 3 years I gained 9 kgs, and I struggled a lot due to this. It was showing on my health and my periods started to be irregular. And I wanted to be healthy again. I want to shred 16kgs because I feel that's the weight I should be at. I did not see any difference in my weight, but I definitely feel stronger. Still I am not too much focused on it, I just want to stay consistent and be healthy againđȘ.
This time I was constantly highly motivated, all thanks to this community who inspired me throught my journey and kept me goingđ„°đ...and my heart goes to Chloeđ«¶...and I really love this app so much!!đ„čđ
