Beginnings
Today marks my first challenge completed!! [Get Toned Challenge 2025]
Ever since I hit my early thirties, I started to gain weight and lose mucle as my sedentary hobbies (reading/gaming) and job combined with poor diet started to catch up to me. I never had issues with weight when I was younger and took for granted being skinny and full of energy, thinking I never had to put in the work to keep my body slim. I lost my confidence and hated looking in the mirror as I changed, but deep down I knew part of it was because of my unwillingless to put in the work to take care of myself. Stuck in there past ):
A month ago I put my foot down, and I started to make myself a real plan to change my lifestyle. I carved out time in my schedule to workout and cut down on processed sugar and mindless snacking. I found Chloe Ting and got inspired by everyones journeys.. and here I am one challenge done!!
What challenge was your first completed? And any others out there in there 30s or above Id love to hear how youre doing too!
