Day 1: 250lbs, new to Chloe Ting ♥️ - which #workout / #program 4 #newbie

Hello all!

Discovered Chloe Ting a couple of days ago - new special interest unlocked!! I’ve binged all of her YouTube content except workouts and programs - I AM TOTALLY IN LOVE!

And am just starting my physical rehab journey - I’ve gained my own body weight in the past few years due to various health problems. My body is completely deconditioned and I’ve got over 100lbs of fat to lose - I used to have some
Muscles and followed a fitness program but it was a long time ago.

I need to strengthen my core and improve all forms of my body fitness / stability / strength/ flexibility - so I was thinking walking as my cardio for now & Pilates / yoga sort of thing to start - but I’m at total beginner level - wondered if anyone could recommend a Chloe ting program that would be a good place to start?

I’m not in any rush and plan on doing ALL of them including the HIIT stuff - but after I’ve dropped some of this weight.

So excited to be here & can’t believe I’ve only just discovered this AMAZING WOMAN!!!! THANK YOU FOR EXISTING & being you #teamchloe forever x x
