Day 2 was when the cravings started hitting, but I powered through and ended the day with a parfait(strawberry yogurt, blueberries, bananas). I also had a headache from burning the calories and not eating enough calories, which was one of the reasons that I made the parfait. Anyways, today was a difficult day but tomorrow will be better.😊😊
