Enjoying working out

Tangent incoming.
For the first 2-3 months I genuinely enjoyed working out, but then I had to quit running and switched to purely weight based programs. I got bored of it by December and had to force myself to get up to work out which made me just more mad, remembering how much I looked forward to working out before.
I decided to do a two week shred during the holidays a while back and it's honestly the best decision I've made. I missed cardio a lot, just suffering with sweat in my eyes 😆 I finished day one so let's see how long my enjoyment lasts.

I am also going to be doing short maintenance weighted workouts to not lose progress during the two week shred.

I need more mixed workouts with both weights and cardio 😔

I also can't wait for when it gets warmer so I can start running again
