Motivation
Hi everyone
,I started working out again after a really long break and decided to try one of the challenges. I knew my fitness level had gotten pretty bad, but honestly… I didn’t expect to struggle this much. I wasn’t even able to finish all video workouts for that day, and it feels like I’m taking breaks every few minutes just to survive it.
I know everyone says “just keep going” and “everyone starts somewhere,” but right now I just feel really disappointed in myself. Seeing how weak and out of shape I’ve become hit me a lot harder emotionally than I expected.
I guess I just wanted to ask — has anyone else felt like this when starting again? How did you deal with those feelings and keep yourself motivated instead of giving up? Because right now I honestly feel defeated and so disappointed in myself.
