Beginnings
Hello there,
I just finished this challenge and I'd say I was kinder to myself throughout this program. I have finished 3 programs so far. Continuously 2 programs in two one and half months. And I'm feeling stronger. I admit.. I don't like anything related to cardio and also challenges with videos longer than 20 mins. So. Tomorrow I am gonna measure myself and take some photographs to see if there's any changes. And I have scheduled 2021 Get Fit challenge from 22nd July.
One thing happened through this intense workout sessions is my hormones might be fluctuating a little due to a massive increase in exercise intensity (started with 2025 Get toned challenge) and shift in food habits. Like my periods has delayed more than 5 days and still didn't get it. I can feel some symptoms increasing (like tender breasts). So. I'm positive soon I will get my periods. And it will be balanced next month not to delay this way else I have to visit a doctor.
In may end, I also diagnosed with fatty liver disease so it's a do or die condition for me to lose the fats around my belly to lose the fats inside my liver. Hope all the changes is working where it should work.
Anyways. I'm happy, stronger, and my body is toned little more. I have gained 2 kgs since diagnosis and doing workouts and I'm taking it as a positive sign as I did weighted workouts so I might have gained some muscles. So. My body is recomposing itself.
