Beginnings
Omg u guys! I just finished my first week and tomorrow starts my 2 day rest days. What a tough workout when you haven’t done any excersize in years. For anyone who is just starting, push through the pain. I promise it is so very worth it. I’m 37 and am not big on working out, but after this week I’m motivated more than ever to keep going. My body feels better and stronger and my energy levels have been elevated from 30% to 50%. My husband says I’ve been nicer since I started working out. Must be from all the endorphins being released. A week is all it took to make me physically feel better about myself. So, take it from a 37 year old mother of 2….DO NOT GIVE UP! KEEP GOING!
