So, after a little over a month, I finally finished the 2025 summer shred challenge. 

Although I didnt lose any weight, and did make many modifications ( even switching out some videos for others that I enjoy more) I finally finished the challenge. 

I only really noticed that my back muscles are really starting to show more and my triceps have become a lot more defined and strong. 

It was really hard to get through at times but im proud of actually accomplishing it and not giving up after 2 weeks!
