i just finished the program today, yippee! i started out with 69.20 kg but that was mostly fat. i am now 69.80 but i lost a good amount of fat—especially on my love handles. i gained a lot more muscle now because i am so much stronger compared to my previous but fatty weight. my goal is to reach 60 kg by next year because that when I'll be hopefully graduating college.

I'll be continuing this journey with the 2021 Get Fit Challenge. Wish me luck!
