I’m having a hard time staying consistent lately. It seems like I’ve lost all my progress with my workout for the past two months. It’s honestly disappointing because I’m trying to lose weight and stay consistent, however, I’ll become comfortable with taking breaks. I just don’t know how to keep up with the consistency lately and kinda wanna get some advice on how I could get back to that consistency. I just find some of the exercising a little bit challenging since This long-term break and it’s making me feel a little bit disappointed with the loss progress. I used to be very consistent with my workout, but ever since the late spring I’ve been a little bit comfortable with taking breaks here and there. I’ve been working out for a year and a half, honestly, it just seems like I am not losing weight the way I thought I would be.
