I am just here to say how grateful I am for the possibility to follow a casual challenge with this app! I don't chase the streaks or the visual or weight results yet. But after several years with serious injuries and operations, having the opportunity to show up on my own timing is amazing and keeps me motivated ❤️
And big shout out to the girls in my team who motivate me to show up !
I joined a gym again for the first time in years, hopefully I slowly grow back strength where I was injured and I believe my mental health will also improve from it!
