Chloe Ting Community

It's gonna be three years since I started with Chloe's workouts. I remember that at the start the 30 mins workouts took me like 2 hours, because I was always out of breath and I needed some to rest. Now I'm somewhere I never expected to be at. Sure, the journey wasn't consistent: I lost weight, I gained it back, I struggled with ED and other mental disorders, but right now I'm back at the start and I wanna get back on the track. Remember, that you're doing great as long as you show up :).
