Getting back to working out with Chloe

Last year I was gone hoe.On working out to the point that I lost thirty five pounds within three months.I stopped.There is some personnel stuff that I was dealing with.And I was still working out here.And there, but I wasn't as motivated now.I kept my weight off.Maybe I gained 5 to 10 pounds, but I've been maintaining my. Weight since then, now that I've got back to working out. I have my kids working with me with a workout. Especially my oldest when he find it very intense. So I let him know that he can do the low impact as I'm doing the low impact as well. I see some changes in my body. My children's body not much, but it is a little bit noticeable. The clothes I'm actually proud of myself. I used to wear an extra large now. I could fit a large to a medium size. I still have a long way to go with my. Weight loss. But I feel great that i'm back, of course, with all body aches and pain that chloe puts us through until you get strong enough to do.So.It's a progress not perfectionist. is up guys let's get this started and keep going.I'm back at it.I have maybe fifty pounds more to go.Maybe forty pounds more to go.I'm not quite sure I haven't been checking my weight I know that I see that my clothes are loosening. I see when I look in the mirror that my
Problem area is starting to get small again.So maybe in three months I will go and check on my.Weight, but for now, I don't want to focus on my weight.Just working out and watching my food intake
