Hello 👋 I just wanted to make this post because I’ve been trying to get the “body I want” for years now, I had an ED since I was 16 and I’m 26 and I am just tired  🫠I am tired of making excuses!! My relationship with food is 10x times better now, but, I don’t walk, I don’t exercise at all… I work from home and live a sedentary life 😕

I’ve been struggling a lot…but that ends today, so please, if you have any advice, kind words, anything to say please comment, I feel like I can not do this alone or at least I’ll be able to make it if someone else is watching 🥹

This is me and even though I’m embarrassed to show my body I am doing it because I’m grateful for the body I have, this is for me, for my health and for the future me :)
