I am here after my 5 month progress with chole ting's app and my weight loss journey . So I was around 68kg and my height is 5'3 so according to my bmr I was a obese . I have always struggled to lose weight , being fat isn't even easy at all , I used to get picked up for being fat, people used to call me names like fat pig and white elephant , they were my friends still I used to stay silent cause a part of me made me feel that I deserve that , afterall I am obese


. And this year after my birthday on May , I just feel like let's give it chance . Let's starts my weight loss journey , cause honestly this time I am doing this for myself , before it used to be people but now that I am bit older can understand people better I thought about giving workout a chance. It wasn't easy at all .

25 th may is the day i started doing exercise, my first program was 2025 weight lose challenge by chole ting and since then I have completed 4 program and I am on my fifth program right now .

Now as in today i weight around 56.7 kg . I lost around 12 kg of weight within 5 month . And before anyone tell me that it's not sustainable hear me out .

Before i used to eat a lot of calories, didn't have any knowledge about calories, protein rich food and food that's are good for my health . I fasted around 16 hour in a day and stick with my 1200kcal intake and I know 1200kcal isn't too much but as I move too little and don't do physical activity that much it's the intake I choose to stick with.

A lot of changes happen, on the start of my journey like 10 days after my first program I was frustrated as hell cause I wasn't losing any weight and always ending up being tired after the workouts , I saw some changes on the end of the 2nd week , and my weight started to drop rapidly and it's never been same since that day as it automatically gave me courage to move forward more . I got sick so many times during this time as my body wasn't used to this type of thing and the only thing that kept me going is that I wanted to see myself in a better place . I cutted out sugary food and packed food , soft drinks and foods from outside , only sticked with home cooked meal . And after like 2 month i started to have some cheat meals and sweet treats but not like before. I am still on my journey as I haven't reach my goal yet.

Sorry I am really not comfortable about sharing my photos here . I do have so many photos of my transformation but I am not comfortable of sharing them . I still haven't reached my goal yet , I am planning to reach around 50kg and I hope i will reach there soon. So to anyone out there who thinks that it's impossible and you can't do it anymore , trust me once you strats to see a little bit of changes you won't stop and being healthy will make you really happy and strong. So you can do it 💪and trust your progress ❤️. (edited by moderator)
