Grow a Booty 2022 Complete! 🍑✔️

I'm so excited to share my thoughts, progress and measurements with you! I had an AMAZING team for this one, my first team of 5 and we all competed the challenge 100% for a prefect score! S Ranking for the Peach Pride and took #1 on the leaderboard! You guys are awesome for all your hard work!!

I was so excited to try a new warm up video and this one proved to be challenging for me. I was only able to get steady on the side plank rotation on one side before time was up, by the end of the challenge i could get 5 rotations in making 10 total side planks! On day 2 i started doing jumping jacks instead of taps and I'm happy to say I'm strong enough now that they get to stay part of my routine. On day 8 i got a mild respiratory infection that took me down for a few days. I was able to use my rest days and streak savers long enough to get well enough to do a 20 minute upper body day to reach my streak goal of 127 days before i broke it to rest again. I tried not to push as hard as i usually do for this challenge and i had several under calorie days from being sick, but despite that i continued to get stronger. On day 19 plank jack shoulder taps - i thought no way! And then i asked myself if i had ever tried (no) - i did them and i did them for the full time! I was floored, i couldn't believe i did them! On day 22 my plank twists went from 6 to 14 twists per side! Day 26 i got restless and tried the new get snatched cardio video for fun. Would you believe that i did that full cardio video, high impact, with jumping, all the moves for the full time? Well, i did! I did what i thought i may never do again. i felt strong, proud and so achieved! My plank up down went from 10 seconds to the full time. For the last day i took on the plank challenge at high impact and i did it! I even did the up down plank jacks!

I loved this challenge and would absolutely do it again! I did find it a bit easier than Get Fit 2020 (my last challenge) and I had days that I added extra abs videos or did the abs twice from excitement of being able to do things.

I lost 5.7 lbs and 4.75 inches overall
Waist -.75in, Hips -.5in (which was more off of my lower abs than booty) Abdomen -.5in, Underbust -.5in, Overbust -1.25 in, -.5in shoulders
My thighs are the same size but are changing shape and getting muscular and i gained .25 inches in my calves.
My calories averaged 1950 for the first 3 weeks but week 4 i was super hungry and at about 2150 calories. My protein intake was around 175g.
Across my team everyone lost in their waist and had leg and booty gains! We feels stronger, more firm and toned with better stamina! Though it challenged us a lot in week 4, we really enjoyed it! Of 3 with waist measurements we lost 3in together and of 3 with booty measurements we gained a total of 1.5 inches in booty! We had great results from our 28 days of commitment!
