Hi im Anna im 27 yo ..

 Since I was a teenager, I wanted to lose weight and wear what I want, I weighed 63 kilos, not bad, but I wanted to be 48kilos, since then I have been trying to lose weight after Covid-19, I gained a lot of weight until I am now 93 kilos, I feel hopeless, I lost confidence in myself, I look ugly and I look like a cow, I became afraid of facing people and I feel nervous, I left my friends and stopped meeting people.
 today I decided to start a new challenge I want to go back to 63kilos only, please encourage me so I do not lose passion and hope.
