I finished the 2020 Hourglass yesterday, started the 2023 Hourglass today. Holy cow is it different lol! I was thinking the 2020 was getting easy and then boom, next program kicks my butt. My legs are shaking and I'm pouring sweat, but I'm pumped to keep going on this one!
