Motivation
I did nothing for 32 days. Yes I sometimes went to the gym and im always dancing and walking good. But I feel so bad for not keeping myself to the schedule its not the first time I did that. Why cant I keep doing this sh- I am mad at myself. Although I have lost some weight and I feel my love handles being less fatty fat fat but still. I am going to see the love of my life in a month and I wanted to lose weight but I just keep quitting. Please help me I need help for real not just advice I really need someone to help me everyday through the journey😭
