Beginnings
I just completed my first challenge on this app ( I did some on YT im prior years but not as consistently)
I completed 92% of the required videos (well, I needed more breaks:D) and am exhausted and proud.
My mindset shifted from 'do everything or you will fail' to a more fun ' let's see what you are able to do' approach. I did half-ass some workouts. But overall I showed up and that's what made me finish the challenge.
Towards the end I noticed some pain due to over-exercising in my knees and hands. Does anybody have experience on how to stabilize these joints? Static exercises are fine but dynamic ones hurt. I wonder if I should do another challenge and if there is one that is more about correct form than repetitions.
Also yeay to all of us! It's dark, cold, lots of sweets and celebratory things happening and we still show up for ourselves and nurture our bodies and minds with exercises.
