Motivation
This was an amazing challenge and one I would highly recommend for individuals like me. I started this one as an introduction to Pilates to help improve my strength and flexibility.
This challenge deals with mostly full body and abs. I didn’t notice any weight changes, but the bloating of my stomach area as gone down. I’m holding planks a lot more easier than when I started. The warm ups and stretching cool down videos are perfect. I’m not a flexible individual but I have noticed I’m able to do a almost perfect downward dog with heels touching the floor. Still can’t do that back stretch she does at the near end but I tried.
I will definitely revisit this challenge again in the near future.
