Motivation
Hi girls (^-^),My journey began in October 2025. I started by cutting out sugar and white flour, reducing oils, and following a 1500-1700 calorie daily diet, in addition to intermittent fasting and Chloe Ten exercises. My initial weight was 96 kg. For the first three months, I lost 5 kg per month, but then my metabolism naturally slowed down, so I lost 3-4 kg per month. Then, exam stress forced me to stop exercising while continuing the diet. For the next few months, I lost only 2 kg per month, or sometimes not at all, but I didn't gain any weight. Now I weigh 70 kg and am 167 cm tall, and my measurements have decreased significantly (advice: pay more attention to your measurements than the scale). I also completed the first day of the Let's Get Snatch Challenge (I started it previously but didn't finish it). I believe consistency is key to weight loss, so I always remind myself not to rush the results. I hope to lose another 5-10 kg and increase my muscle mass and strength. I love this channel because it encourages me a lot. Wish me luck<3
