I really progressed very steadily at the beginning and I really saw the benefit, but after about 1 month, unfortunately, I gained weight again and felt bad, now I weigh 68 kilos 175cm and I feel swollen and overweight, when I see the thin girls around me, I get depressed and I started to be able to hold my throat again these days, I hope I can prevent this, good luck to everyone in advance, my girls💕😭
