Motivation
I wanna share my story to newbies đ±
So 25 days ago when I was in between my day2-day5
I was really struggling hard to do workouts and eating clean.
the starting phase was really tough for me and indeed the starting phase is challenging for everyone đźâđš.
I got headaches , back pain , leg soreness and what notđ«€.
I was in this dilemma whether should I continue workout or stop itđ.
I almost going to quit it but Somehow managed to continue.đŒ
when everyone was sharing their 1 month before and after results , i haven't seen any changes even after being on half there of my challenge đ.
I felt too disappointed, I wanted to quit but then learned about the thing that every person's body is not same , some get early results, some get lateđ„čđ„č .
Now I'm going to complete my challenge on 3rd August .
Already 1.5 kgs down . Will definitely share my results .âšđ
Just remember gurll If you started it, you can finish it tooâ€ïž.
