Motivation
The workout machine I bought turned out to be one of the best self-investments ever. It offers so many possibilities —
glutes, legs, arms… I definitely feel it working way more than just doing bodyweight exercises. I really believe I’ll start seeing better results soon (at least I hope so 🤞).
Right now, I weigh 58kg for 1m69, and my goal is to reach 55kg. I’ve started intermittent fasting (no snacking after 8pm and I skip breakfast), and so far I don’t suffer from skipping breakfast , I’m just not hungry in the morning.
I’m also doing 25 minutes of cardio on the treadmill every day. I’ve always struggled to sweat, but believe me, walking at speed 6 on the treadmill? I finally do! 😅
I’m still working on controlling my cravings, especially during summer. I mean, who doesn’t love a cold beer on a hot day? So I’ve decided not to fully restrict myself, I allow one small beer (33cl max) on the weekend. The idea is to stay consistent, but also enjoy life 💛
Let’s see how it goes. One step at a time.
